143 Army is a lifestyle brand with a global vision to be life-changing. ❤️🔥
143 is short-code for “I Love You.” (Remember the pager / beeper days?) 📟
It comes from the # of letters in each word: “I” (1) + “Love” (4) + “You” (3)
The vision? “All Love For All People.” 🪬
We’re a grassroots movement on a mission to spark love + pour into others by blessing them any way we can. 🏋️♀️ To fight against the fear + hate + violence at work in our world with unlimited kindness + generosity + love. 🤲
By taking on a mission @ 1:43pm every day. ⏱️ To drop everything we’re doing and, as we say in the South, “love on somebody.” Or as many somebodies as possible.

Here’s what that looks like in real life:
❤️ Show a person they’re loved—tell ‘em, call ‘em, text ‘em, write to ‘em, or even hug ‘em (with their consent, of course.) 🫂
💜 Pay for a stranger in the drive-thru line or a whole table at a restaurant. If it’s an option, go above + beyond to cover the tab for everyone in the place. 💸
💛 Take time to talk face-to-face with the homeless, orphans, widows, veterans, police officers + firefighters, emergency workers, servicemen + women, or anybody who looks like they can use a kind word. 🫸🫷
💚 Clean up litter for Mother Nature ‘cause your own mama would appreciate it, too. 🌎
🧡 Pray for someone in need. If you’re spiritual but not religious, namaste them. If you’re neither, think a kind thought because there’s no judgment here. 🙏
💭 Imagination is the only limit to the love energy we can give + share with others + this whole world. 🌈
Imagine what will happen if I’m not just the one doing this every day.
